When it comes to stress, we all have an idea of what to do to relieve it - this workshop is a great way to identify things to change and change them in bite sized chunks on a weekly basis and really get some great benefits.
The workshops are varied and interactive and are delivered by providing information, activities and relaxation sessions.
You will be provided with pen, paper and a workbook so you will always have a record of what you have learned - yours to keep.

If you want to be able to deal with lifes challenges in a more positive and relaxed way.
The workshops include some gentle exercise; if you have a health condition or are concerned about taking gentle exercise; consult your GP for advice.
How many sessions are there to the workshop?
The workshops are run as a course of 6 sessions, each session lasting one hour. They are held weekly.
Do I need to bring anything with me to the workshops?
All materials for the course are provided such as; pens, paper & workbook.
