Sally Hellewell
BSc(Hons)O.T. Dip C.Hyp. MNCH (Lic)
Sally is a qualified Hypnotherapist who holds a diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy. She is also a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) with an Honours Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Attending courses and keeping up to date with the latest research (CPD) is an important part of Sally's ethos.
Having worked for 9 years within the NHS as a senior Occupational Therapist, (as well as being in private practice since 2005) Sally has experience of teaching stress management, undertaking group and one to one sessions for anxiety problems and panic attacks. Sally has taught Derby University students and has also lectured at Derby College.
This is work Sally very much enjoys; helping people to achieve their goals.
Working as a Hypnotherapist enables Sally to help almost anyone, to achieve realistic goals. Within her practice she uses many approaches and models including Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Ericsonian, Elman and the Model of Human Occupation (MOHO) and more.
