How can Hypnotherapy help relieve IBS symptoms?
IBS is commonly associated with emotional tension, is frequently triggered by life changes, difficult life situations or stressful life events.
With Hypnotherapy you can learn to be more in tune with your body. Your subconscious mind can learn new ways to deal with stressful and/or difficult situations.
It is also about building an understanding of how you are actually in control of your body much more than you realise and learning how to use this control more effectively.
Hypnotherapy has been recommended by the National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE) since 2008 as one of the psychological treatments of choice for IBS.
